ParseError: syntax error, unexpected identifier "menu", expecting "]"

When I install the theme and set it to default an error shows like-

ParseError: syntax error, unexpected identifier "menu", expecting "]" in Drupal\Core\Extension\Extension->load() (line 1570 of /app/themes/moksu/moksu.theme)

    Hello Shweta,
    After installing the theme, I was getting the error as - The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
    ParseError: syntax error, unexpected identifier "menu", expecting "]" in Drupal\Core\Extension\Extension->load() (line 1570 of themes/contrib/moksu/moksu.theme).

    I reviewed & implemented the MR! code And it worked fine for me. The error was gone after making chnages in the code as per MR!.
    I am adding my screenshot for reference.
