I tested the Paxton theme but didn't get any white space above the header but a duplicate Search box for this issue I am attaching the patch

Hi @Hamid.ali I have tested this issue in my local Drupal 9.5 setup.
After installing this theme & setting it as default.
Then checked the home page, Showing many issues on the home page.
So moving it to Need Work.
