Problem/Motivation

When upgrading to Drupal 10 it is recommended to also upgrade to CKEditor 5

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the ckeditor_plugin_report module
  2. Go to the reports page /admin/reports/ckeditor-plugins
  3. Notice that this module is reporting a ckeditor plugin

Proposed resolution

Upgrade the plugin from CKEditor 4 compatibility to CKEditor 5 compatibility

This will likely not be touched... The release notes for 2.0.0-beta1 β†’ says

This is the first release with D10, claro, and gin compatibility.

Support for seven and thunder_admin was removed. Also, the split functionality was removed, because it hardly depends on ckEditor 4, and would need a complete rewrite.

So it needs to probably be marked as "fixed" or won't fix

Narrowing this to focus on the CKEditor 5 compatibility, there's an existing issue for D10 compatibility.
