Offering to co-maintain Progressive Web App

Confirming it would be super helpful to have @Grevil as experienced Co-Maintainer. I'd be happy to have his help.

Moving to Drupal.org project ownership (2209259) as I can't administer maintainers. Could need some help with this module definitely!
As all maintainers seem to be inactive, it might also make sense to make me maintainer to care for such things.

Progressive Web App has opted into security coverage.

Grevil does not have permission to opt a project into security coverage, and cannot be added as a co-maintainer by the site moderators.

He can be added by one of project's current maintainers → . Currently only two of those have the permission 'administer maintainers': rupl and nod_.

There is nothing for the site moderators to do here. Moving it back to the Progressive Web App issue queue.

I think you've done a great job at Drupal.org so far, so you'll surely make it there!

Thank you and yes for good reasons... was more kind of thinking loud... Let's see if the original core maintainers come back here.

It looks as if both rupl and nod_ are still active on Drupal.org. Maybe Grevil should PM them to make them aware of this offer?

PS: I've taken the liberty of changing the issue title into the canonical one for a co-maintainer offer.
