D9+: Add links to most relevant docs page for some Quant form fields or sections

Problem/Motivation

Some users are having some trouble onboarding and setting up Quant for the first time.

This is a possible follow-up to 📌 D9+: Add link to most relevant docs page on each Quant tab Active .

Inspired by 🐛 D7: "More info" links on main configuration page don't link anywhere Fixed .

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Go through all form fields and sections and provide direct links to supporting documentation when appropriate.

See 🐛 D7: "More info" links on main configuration page don't link anywhere Fixed for an example.

Remaining tasks

  1. Review fields and sections and figure out links
  2. Update code
  3. Review and test
  4. Commit :)

User interface changes

Users will see documentation links in form field descriptions or form sections that link to the most relevant documentation page.
