Problem/Motivation

Some users are having some trouble onboarding and setting up Quant for the first time.

Proposed resolution

Add a link to the most relevant docs page to each tab. For example:

User interface changes

Users will see a documentation link at the top of each Quant tab that links to the most relevant documentation page.
