D7: "More info" links on main configuration page don't link anywhere

Problem/Motivation

The main configuration page (/admin/config/services/quant has More info links for Webserver URL and Hostname fields that don't link anywhere.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install quant_api module
  2. Go to /admin/config/services/quant
  3. Look at the descriptions for Webserver URL and Hostname fields
  4. Click on More info
  5. Result: Goes to #
  6. Expected: Goes to documentation page

Proposed resolution

Update links to go to best documentation page. See also 📌 D7: Add link to most relevant docs page on each Quant tab Fixed .

Remaining tasks

  1. Find best doc pages
  2. Update code
  3. Review and test
  4. Commit :)
