rocketship_core/tabbed-item library uses drupal/core dependence instead of core/drupal

Proposed resolution

drupal/core does not exist, so it should be replaced by core/drupal

Remaining tasks

- Create a patch with the fix for 5.0.x branche
- Backport the patch for 8.x-1.x, 8.x-3.x (can be done by maintainer)
