Relocate Filters Button to the Left of Its Container

I have modified html structure for filter button in svelte file and adjusted button through css

Hi, Verified and tested #5 patch file on 10.x version with project browser module. It is working as expected now.
Followed the below testing steps:
1. Install the Drupal 10.x version
2. Install the Project Browser module
3. Now go to the extend- admin/modules/browse
4. Observe the changes here

Confused here. Can't get neither the patch nor the branch to work in DrupalPod - filters are still to the right.

Can we clean up and put in a new MR, rolled against current 1.0.x?

There was nothing committed to the branch. I have rebased and merged the patch.

I tested again with the new MR!462 #12 in Drupal 10 . The Fix is visible and is work as expected.
Steps Followed :
1. Install Drupal 10
2. Navigate to /admin/modules/browse
3. Check for filter button

Moving to RTBC++

This looks great and wonderful, but now needs another rebase.

Rebased. Should be ready for another attempt.

I have rebased this change again. :-)

Definitely a great improvement here.
