Invalid config for field group on Comment Upload

Problem/Motivation

Running drupal/config_inspector gives a:

The configuration property third_party_settings.field_group.group_add_attachment.format_settings.label.\*\translatedMarkup doesn't exist

Proposed resolution

While it should be just a regular string, not translatable markup.
