Offering to co-maintain Views field formatter

Problem/Motivation

D10.1.0 will be released shortly and we need a D10 release of this module. I'm willing to make this happen as there's already patches ready and waiting.
also, @podarok would like assistance with this module but does not have full ownership to grant access to another maintainer.

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal 10, and try to install this module
