Subject not translated for message templates.

Issue lies in the function $message->getTemplate which load the override free template, in our case we need the translated version as we later include this in the sendemail as a variable %subject which Drupal does not translate.

Not sure but maybe this issue is also related to the problem of daily and weekly (aggregated) email notifications not being translated when default language is different from English
