Use English text by default in the admin UI

Actually the error is already fixed in https://www.drupal.org/project/qrcode/issues/3351670 🐛 Error when trying to add a QR code RTBC

Actually I noticed that page is a View so I could easily "edit" it myself by removing and re-adding the fields and exposed filters, or checking the yml at /admin/config/development/configuration/single/export compared to qrcode/config/install/views.view.qrcodes.yml

For site builders, instead of "hacking" the contrib module, you can import it at yoursite.com/admin/config/development/configuration/full/import by selecting Single item, Configuration type: View, and paste the contents of the views.view.qrcodes.yml file.

This is #5 recreated as a patch, instead of as a separate config file.

Is the module maintainer alive?
