I confirmed the issue was resolved when I applied patch #3 to the “QR-Code” module against Version 10.0-alpha3. Please see the screenshots attached.

Make a couple of changes to the patch:
- Made parameters before the config factory non-nullable in order to match parent class and avoid warnings from php8.
- Changed ConfigFactory to ConfigFactoryInterface
