D10.1 makes disabling some frontend caches easier for themers by adding checkboxes in the UI → . I believe it would be nice to do the same for internal UI Patterns caches.
Either add another checkbox in the same screen to disable UI Patterns caches OR react to the "Do not cache markup" existing checkbox to also disable our caches.
Discuss then act.

I am more in favor of reactig to the "Do not cache markup".
When disabling directly in settings.php, I guess dev can add the cache bin also to the null backend.
