Theme incompatible with Drupal-10.x

Kindly review patch.

I have currently been developing a new website using the business responsive theme (drupal 9) and just recently found out that drupal 9 is going to be EOL in Nov. 2023 just like drupal 7, which is why i've been trying to develop a new drupal 9 website as quickly as I can (live site is currently Drupal 7)...now it's going to be EOL and i'm freaking out because I've done SOOO much work and this theme isn't compatible with drupal 10. Do you all think you'll have a working drupal 10 business responsive theme before Nov 2023?

Also having issues with the slideshow part of this theme after updating to a newer version of drupal 9 and new version of PHP. The same issue was experienced by another person and posted in this theme's "issues", but no one is responding to me and I need help. I applied patch#3 got errors:

error: patch failed: business_responsive_theme.info.yml:3
error: business_responsive_theme.info.yml: patch does not apply

Patch wasn't working for me, changes didn't match the version composer was pulling down for me (2.0.2). Rerolled it to work with 2.0.2, able to install it now.

Yep, ignore 3359613-12.patch, found a deprecated function right after uploading. This patch replaces that function as well.
