Cannot save settings

Sorry for my confusion, but I'm having the same error and don't really understand the solution. Am i supposed to remove
// Custom submit to save the file permanent.
$form['#submit'][] = 'business_responsive_theme_settings_form_submit';

Please advise. Thanks.

If you write a custom submit...
// Custom submit to save the file permanent.
$form['#submit'][] = 'business_responsive_theme_settings_form_submit';

So, you need to call it otherwise remove it from your .theme file.
