I am adding a patch for the above fix. I have noticed that the system module does not contain the files
system.theme.cssandsystem.menus.css. However, the filesystem.admin.cssis present. Therefore, I have removed thesystem.theme.cssandsystem.menus.cssfiles from the patch. - Status changed to Needs review
