It is not a broken function of the module to not have documentation. Changing issue type.

I see that this module is used by thousands of websites, and yet I can´t find any documentation, or video on how to use it.

Can't use this module, don't no how.... :(

This is a very simple module.
Create an entity, for example, node with the title Test.
In the Structure->Block layout menu, place a block with the name Content and the category "entity block", in the block settings in the entity field, select Content entity with the title Test.
Save it.
Enjoy.
