This issue has not been found in version 8.x-2.1
Here are the steps I took to reproduce the issue
1. clone the module with 8.x-2.1
2. installed and added a menu link
Drupal 9.2.7 and installed theme: Olivero 9.2.7 - last update

I confirm that with 9.5.9 and Gin theme the arrows have a wrong alignment.
With the patch they are fine.

@arnabcse2013 I have installed Collapsible Drag 'n Drop with Version: 8.x-2.x-dev as mentioned. And check with GIN and OLIVERO backend theme, arrow alignment gets distorted in both. But after apply patch css, working fine.
