core: 8.x
together withcore_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9
would work, but sincecore_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 || ^10
is used,core: 8.x
must be removed andcore_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 || ^10
changed tocore_version_requirement: ^8.8 || ^9 || ^10

I believe core: 8. x was used in Drupal's older versions in the info.yml file. (<8.8). But in newer versions of Drupal (>8.8) is using the sentence core_version_requirement. Drupal core is constantly being updated with new features, bug fixes, and security patches to ensure compatibility and prevent potential issues for users. - Status changed to Fixed
