Deprecated: explode(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($string) of type string is deprecated

Created a merge request with the fix.

This error appears after installing the module when there is no settings recording in the database (table=config dblog_filter.settings).
So $entities_load = $config->get('log_values'); //null

Verified the patch .
