Add "Expanded" option in field settings.

Problem/Motivation

It would be helpful to allow the field setting to have a default value for the "Expanded" boolean.
Having the ability to expand per item would be nice too.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Add a field type setting to have a default value that can be on/off per field.
Add a checkbox in the field widget to support per item toggling.

    So as misfortune would have it... I needed this, and nothing else would do. There's just no way to programmatically expand everything in a menu tree for whatever reason.

    This works GREAT. Update script is great, everything works... color me impressed but nice work and it did the trick first try!
