Create a short description for the Advanced Help project

Problem/Motivation

Create a short description (200 characters or less) that will be easily understood by the Project Browser target audience of site builders and those new to Drupal. The short description should answer the question - "what does this module do in a non-technical way".

For module maintainers = the short description should be added to the Summary field off the Body on the project page. The short description
will be displayed on the cards in the Project Browser grid and list views.

Proposed Resolution

Allows module and theme developers to provide detailed documentation for site builders to understand its features.

    Tweaking #5 a bit since the character length was beyond the 200-character maximum, pulling out the repetition of the module name in the description, and also trying to incorporate some of the suggestions in #2. New suggestion:
