Create a short description for the Diff project

This was done at DrupalCon Pittsburgh.

It provides more than color-coding to compare differences. I'd broaden to say it provides visual comparisons, and don't need to repeat the name of the module.

"Provides a visual comparison between two content revisions, with options for what to include and how to organize the comparison display."
