Problem/Motivation

Allow layout builder sections to be nested, so when adding a block you also have an option to use a layout builder section.
This way it allows awesome layout designs, it seems like drupal is the only cms struggling to integrate this.

I know there is an other ticket to this but it seems not so active anymore, so fresh ticket, fresh start :)
