Allow layout builder sections to be nested

Problem/Motivation

Allow layout builder sections to be nested, so when adding a block you also have an option to use a layout builder section.
This way it allows awesome layout designs, it seems like drupal is the only cms struggling to integrate this.

I know there is an other ticket to this but it seems not so active anymore, so fresh ticket, fresh start :)

Thanks, adding a new issue for the same thing doesn't help speed things up, it duplicates effort and confuses people.

Please help in the other issue by e.g. updating the issue summary with remaining tasks or addressing open items
