Olivero theme menu not rendering the same in Safari

What version of Safari did you use here?

Version 13.1.1

This issue is in Safari 13.1.* due to inset-block-start and inset-inline-start style properties not supporting in Safari 13.1.*

The latest version of Safari is 16.4, are we supporting as far back as 13.1.1 (release date May 2020?)

Tested the issue in Safari version 16.4 and it is working fine. I am attaching the screenshots for the same.
