Do not display Standard profile

Even more interesting that profiles are showing up at all. It might make sense to exclude from /profiles folders.

I can't seem to reproduce this on latest. Anyone else have any luck with this? Otherwise, hopefully we can close.

I have tried in a DrupalPod install. I have enabled "Core", and searched for standard. A lot of modules are shown (presumably because they have the word in their description). When I filter by "other" (which is in the screenshot), the list reduces to 6, none of which are "Standard".

After discussion with @chrisfromredfin on Slack, closing as could not reproduce.
