A user who logs in on drupal.org or any sub-site needs to have JavaScript enabled, or the account is automatically blocked because it cannot be verified.
Once an account is blocked, only the administrator user can unblock it.
I can't believe that someone switches javascript off in 2023. I believe that there is some JS error that is blocking code execution.

Also this account was blocked for the same reason other accounts were blocked (Automated block due to spam prevention not loading).
If JavaScript has not been switched off, there could be an extension that blocks the JavaScript file drupal.org uses. For what I can understand, that file is the FingerprintJS one.

I confirmed the account, since it was suggest that confirming the account would avoid the automatic account block.
