I applied your MR in my local with Drupal 9.5.9, it worked for me the module has now the hook_help() method.

I have reviewed and implemented the MR! on my Drupal website having version - 9.5.9 And PHP Version - 8.1, And composer - 2.6.
After applying the MR! #Patch, The hook_help has been implemented successfully.
