[META] Drupal 10 compatibility: Module Compatibility Drupal 9 to 10

Refactoring for Drupal 10 compatibility has been done, so we can try drupal/cloud:6.x-dev on drupal/core:10.0.x-dev.

NOTE: Supporting drupal/core:10.1.x-dev needs more patches:

• 💬 Drupal 10.1.x compatibility: Refactor system_time_zones() to use \Drupal\Core\Datetime\TimeZoneFormHelper::getOptionsList() RTBC
• 💬 Drupal 10.1.x compatibility: Fix missing schemas in views.view.aws_cloud_volume and openstack_volume (tooltip and time_diff) Fixed

All issues has been solved to support drupal/core:10.x (The last one was 💬 Drupal 10.1.x compatibility: Refactor system_time_zones() to use \Drupal\Core\Datetime\TimeZoneFormHelper::getOptionsList() RTBC , so closing this issue.
