Type Score: Separate Score CSS Color definitions into a seperate CSS file, so themes can easily replace those styles

Problem/Motivation

Currently all styles are located in the drowl_paragraphs_type_score.global.scss/.min.css file.
If a theme need to override the colors, the whole file needs to be raplaced.

Proposed resolution

Add a seperate file for the color: drowl_paragraphs_type_score_colors.global.scss/.min.css - with a seperate library.
