Plan for Open ReadSpeaker 8.x-1.10 release

Sounds great, thanks @sunlix. I added this meta issue as Parent issue in the issue fixes included in the coming release, to alert the subscribed users.

I have backported the commit from 2.x into 8.x-1.x because we do not have any real breaking change in it.
Drupal 8 support was dropped, but composer handles that for the projects so we do not have to worry about.
