Fix Azerbaijani - Faroese Language option

Problem/Motivation

The combination of Azerbaijani and Faroese under the Language drop-down is certainly interesting, but it seems wrong.

Steps to reproduce

  • Visit Open ReadSpeaker settings page under /admin/config/services/open-readspeaker
  • Open Language drop-down and see the Azerbaijani - Faroese option

Proposed resolution

Update the option.
