youtu.be not recognised

Here a patch to use the oembed url resolver to find the provider of the video.

I think we only should add some in_array(['vimeo', 'youtube']) check for extracted video providers, because as far as I remember Plyr only supports Vimeo and YouTube as remote video providers.

Or even better we use some constant in this class with allowed remote video providers.

we also have this issue now and I think the provided MR is very good. youtu.be is also not a seperate provider, but a shorthand notation for youtube links.

Tested patch of MR and for me it is working when using a https://youtu.be/ short URL.
