Mapping rules can't delete and empty ones are created after save

I missed this issue, but I stumbled upon the same problem.
In 🐛 Keycloak config form stopped working correctly since openid_connect 3.x Fixed I provided a fix with a couple of other stuff related to the config form.

I'll retest this, if its fixed in the other issue I'll close this one as duplicate. Thanks Jeroen!
