Revisions node throwing access denied.

Please describe what you did to get this error, including the URL where the error occurred.

Steps to reproduce.
Logged in the site as administration.
After edit any node, when clicking on the revision tab to view the list of revisions.
All revisions link /node/#/revisions/revisions_id/view throwing Access Denied error.

We recently found this after drupal core update to 9.5.3 from 9.4.9

I am closing this due to no activity. The steps to reproduce in #5 are insufficient to characterize this as a bug.
