Steps to reproduce.
Logged in the site as administration.
After edit any node, when clicking on the revision tab to view the list of revisions.
All revisions link /node/#/revisions/revisions_id/view throwing Access Denied error.

We recently found this after drupal core update to 9.5.3 from 9.4.9
