Safari Unable to Click on Map Markers - Update Leaflet library to 1.8.0

As noted here 🐛 Update Leaflet library to 1.7.1+ Closed: duplicate :

"In Chrome and Firefox, the markers behave as expected -- clicking the marker opens the info window. In Safari, however, I need to right-click the marker; left-click results in a bit of map panning to allow space for the pop-up, but it doesn't actually appear. Right-clicking opens the info window, and then left-clicking the close button works fine."

This issue is noted and fixed in the Leaflet Library 1.8.0.

Patch attached to update the library version used.
