Update Leaflet library to 1.7.1+

I'm building a new site, and I've run into a peculiar problem with a Leaflet map generated by Views. Feel free to try it here:

In Chrome and Firefox, the markers behave as expected -- clicking the marker opens the info window. In Safari, however, I need to right-click the marker; left click results in a bit of map panning to allow space for the pop-up, but it doesn't actually appear. Right-clicking opens the info window, and then left-clicking the close button works fine.

Any thoughts what might be going wrong here?
