Entering a non-numeric value for a start row value in 'Multiple field settings' for a views field leads to a fatal error

Here we go, simple fix, simple test.

Not sure if we need to add some protection against this in the UI by validating the values or setting the fields to be number fields.

While adding protection in the UI would be a really good thing to have, it can 100% be a followup to this. This change looks good as-is.
