Copying two or three sentence from the project page is not sufficient. Possibly, this type of issues should be created by users who understand what the module does, in order to be able to provide a more useful help text.

Does this seems like an accepted help text @apaderno:
"This module adds a 'Publish to Nostr' fieldset to node forms, protected by the 'publish to nostr network' permission. The module currently assumes that the content of your post is stored in the 'body' field, but that can be overridden by a setting if need arises."
