usage_data table full of "paragraph" and "block" entities with node paths.

What plugin are you using? The plugins are supposed to be detecting the entity type:

const ENTITY_TYPES = ['node', 'taxonomy_term', 'media', 'commerce_product'];

What plugin? I don't understand this question.
The only thing I did was enable this module then click on some nodes.

I don't know of any plugins, and there's no config or UI as far as i know.

oh, maybe the confusion here is 1.x vs 2.x?
I'm using 1.x because 2.x doesn't support D10
