3.x EOL date inconsistent with notifications

Still receiving emails that the EOL date is Mar 31, 2023, despite the service already being offline.

I think it's best you create a ticket for this on your Acquia portal. I doubt there is anything the connector module itself can do about it here.

Yes. in the connector module no email notifications are sending for EOL. It was automatically triggered from the acquia cloud platform.

As 3.x no longer is functional in Drupal 8+, closing outdated.
