I've tested MR 7 on Drupal 10.1 with the Theme version 3.0.1
Issue able to reproduce on the theme version 3.0.1
MR is applied cleanly...Test Result:
The footer title is displayed, but the footer menus still show with bullet points.Attaching screenshot for reference
