Implement hook_help()

Instead of whole readme.txt file, it would be better if you can add only the 2 paragraphs of the Module Description:

This module generates a new field formatter for 360 images.

The images are rendered by the Photo-Sphere-Viewer JavaScript library written by Jérémy Heleine.

Showing the README.txt in hook_help() is wrong, since that file contains information useful before the project is installed. User do not need to know how to install a project, or which dependencies it has, once they installed it.
Furthermore, the content of a file is not translatable, which means that users using a site in a language that is not English will never see the help text in the language they selected.

I will work on it.
