Reinstate important testing NodeDisplayConfigurableTest

Problem/Motivation

Important testing was removed from core in 📌 Move RDF-related tests to RDF module Fixed : NodeDisplayConfigurableTest, node_display_configurable_test.info. This testing (that I spent quite a while writing) is/was an important part of the initiative ✨ [META] Expose Title and other base fields in Manage Display Active .

Proposed resolution

Bring the testing back.
