Release 1.0-rc5 or 1.0.0 stable with Drupal 10 Compatibility

Looking at the source, this is actually already in the dev branch. Any plans to put it in a release?

Since the last change to dev was only the D10 compatibility, I've opted to make a stable release for the 1.0 branch instead of adding another RC.
