exact Drupal version : 9.4.7
when you translate a published content and save it as a draft the content doesn't appear in the content list. That make it harder to use the content list since you need to use the untranslated content to reach the translated one
Create a new content (basic page) with a publish status
Add a new translation in this content
Save the translation in draft status
The new translation is not displayed in content list, but is displayed in moderate content without content type
user should be able to see the draft content in the case he selected all content status

This looks like a duplicate of 🐛 Admin content view does not display unpublished translations of published nodes when content moderation is enabled Active . Can you verify?
