hook_help function missing in .module file

I am sharing the screen shots for the references.

+      $output .= '<p>' . t('Automatically generate an user_picture letter avatar png/jpg images from users name initial.') . '</p>';
+	  $output .= '<p>' . t('You can upload custom ttf file and set the image type (png or jpg) and the event when generating the image (after create a new user or user edit)') . '</p>';
+      return $output;

The first sentence is not grammatically correct nor clear. Then, copying two sentences from the project page without correctly spelling or punctuation is not sufficient.

I will implement the hook_help().
